Personal Information

Catalyst, our student information system, allows you to update your personal records information online. To make changes, follow these instructions:

1. Log into Catalyst.
2. Select the My Profile tile in the center of the page.
3. Choose Update Profile to change your address, phone number, and preferred name.
   1. Please note that some demographic information cannot be updated through Catalyst. Links are listed below for changes that may require documentation.
4. Choose Privacy Settings to change your FERPA restrictions and releasable information settings.

Please note: Your UC email address is the official means of communication to you from the university. You cannot select a preferred email address other than your UC email address. It is also important to keep your mailing address current, as certain items are only sent via mail.
